our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our Returns &
Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns on Perishable Goods
As our products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once
an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered except in cases where products are damaged,
incorrect and defective.
2. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us and provide
the necessary information included your Order Number, Photo/ Videos evidence of the items(s)
include packaging and a brief description of the issue within 24 hours after you received the

Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair
for the following issues:

images, or specifications shown on our website, you are entitled to a full refund. - Incorrect item: If we shipped the wrong product to you, we will replace it with the
correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via:

- Store credit (voucher or coupon code)
Refunds typically take 5–7working days and this depending on your payment provider.
4. Customer Errors
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect delivery address submitted at checkout
- Missed deliveries or unclaimed packages
- Incomplete recipient details for gift orders
